Job Details : Drilled &completed horizontal, multilateral, power water injector, horizontal open hole & cased hole side track, exploration & development oil, gas, water, high temp & high press deep(16000ft), shallow (1500 ft) upper & lower completion, smart wells completion in Haradh, Shudgum, Abqaiq, Utmanya ,Dilam, Khurais & Nuyyim fields.
Run & cemented different sizes of casings (from 7” to 30”) with simple & double stages, with blended & light cement,
Run 4-1/2” & 7” mechanical & hydraulic liners.
Drilling with water base & oil base mud with different oil & water ratio, K.cl polymer mud, Saturated salt water mud, blind drilling with water when total loss encounter, heavy & light mud (19.6 ppg & 7.16 ppg ) .

Job Details : Worked on shallow and deep drilling rigs, involved in drilling High Pressure Gas wells to a depth of 4000 -4500 mts & Shallow gas hazards.
Critical maintenance of Well Control Equipment, maintenance of mud parameters and adherence to the safety norms of the company were very critical to safe operations in those conditions.
Involved in drilling high pressure gas wells in Pasarlapudi , Chintlapalli and Narsapur gas field. Experienced and controlled well kicks of very high pressure.
Rig moves have been so meticulously analyzed and time brake downs of concurrent and non critical operations carried out resulting in cutting down the rig move to 50%.
As drilling operations in India especially land operations are in a very remote areas planning of well design, ordering materials, contingency plans for casings, liner hangers, cementing plans with losses and without losses and planning all service hands becomes so critical that running operations without down time is a challenge.

Handled well kicks, simultaneously loss and kick situations and successfully carried out fishing job whenever occurred.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION :
· Well control procedure for water oil & gas well. Use of divertor for shallow gas in surface hole.
· Window cutting with weather ford whip stock & milling equipments.
· Multilateral wells using BOT window master, weather ford /smith whip stock & section milling tools.
· Two stage cementation using Halliburton/ weather ford D.V collar.
· TCP gun perforation & smart well & ECP completion.
· Use of LWD/ MWD/ GR tools in horizontal section for steering while drilling.
· Use of abandonment KIT with CTC pkr for abandonment of bottom part of drain hole after drilling.
· Scrab liners for isolation of any part of any hole.
· Drilling problem-partial & total loss while drilling, running casing & cementation jobs. Stuck pipe in tight hole & formation swelling, section drilled with PDC bit & with high ROP.
· Logging procedure in open & case hole , reservoir & the precautions required during the jobs.
· DST running procedure, packer setting, well flowing through flare line & separator.
· Completion procedure in-open & cased hole, zone isolation with M-pass packer, schulmberger & baker hydraulic production setting, wire line operation.
Responsibilities :
· Protecting the company interest on the rig.
· Conducted pre-spud meetings, safety meetings, daily review and tailgate meetings.
· Implementation of well plan. Preparation & execution of day to day operations like-drilling, casing, cementation logging & tubing convey perforation.
· Ensuring compliance with well program and discuss the changes with Drilling Superintendent & and Drilling Engineer.
· Monitored trajectory in horizontal well using well plan software, acidizaiton, completion & monitoring well cost daily operation.
· Planning and monitoring of drilling and completion of well.
· Ordering of material and services.
· Coordinating material supply form different stores/ department/ companies.
· Coordinating services that is directional drilling, fishing, drilling tools, packer, cementing, wire line, geology.
· Review and comments on future well programs.
· Implementation of coring, logging operations and witnessing the same.
· Selection and ordering of bits.
· Pressure test BOP equipments & other drilling Equipments in compliance with the company procedures.
· Supervising well for other operations prior of rig arrival.
