Promotions, Disciplinary actions on erring workmen / employees, conducting domestic enquires against allegations on Workmen/Employees. Responsible for constant maintenance of Employer – Employee relationship for achieving management objectives from time to time. Effective management of Work-force, employee – employer relationship.. Managed employees/workforce from 500 to 3000 persons. Situational leadership with tactness and decision making in right time.
