1. Project Name : Friction Stir Welding of A1-6061 Alloy
Organization NIT Warangal ( During MTech )
- It involves the new welding process called solid state welding.
- The main aim to find Friction Stir Welding process is to weld the soft metals which is difficult to weld by conventional methods Ex. Al, Cu, Mg, Mn, Alloys etc..,
- It welds two similar or dissimilar metals at below its melting temperature.
- For this technique we use universal universal milling machine to weld the joints.
- By using different process parameters we weld different joints.
- By these different joints we can perform different characterization techniques to find out the best suitable method for Friction Stir Welding.

2. Project Name : Working Procedure of Single Point Cutting Tool using ANSYS
Organization Nagarjuna Institute of Technology & Science ( During B.Tech )
In this project single point cutting tool is modeled and analyzed using ANSYS software. By taking machine measuring coordinates at where this tool is employed, we found the stress distribution and temperature distribution in the tool. This was achieved by using ANSYS by following proper GUI procedure. Thus we found the displacement values, stress distributions on a single point cutting tool.
- It involves the following steps
- Creating the model of the tool by using given specifications.
- Calculating the forces and temperatures to be applied on that tool.
- Meshing the tool surface.
- Applying loads (Forces and Temperatures).
- Acquiring results in various aspects.

3. Project Name : Manufacturing Process of Sponge Iron
Organization KDRGPT board of SBTET (During Diploma)
- In this project we found how the sponge iron will manufacture
- We use different raw materials in this process they are iron ore, coal, limestone are the aspects
- We make it into required size by crushing by using conveyors mixing the raw materials in KILN
which is having high temperature
- The whole process of KILN will be controlled by the systems
- The input of KILN is raw materials and output is sponge iron
