    Job Description:
    1. Business Development
    i. Working effectively on close co-ordination with the sales members and team leader assigned to fulfill the Monthly Sales Reach of the branch.
    ii. Effectively allocating, monitoring and supporting to develop each order (sales lead) and units generated by sales team members and sales admin.
    iii. Working pro-actively to motivate and uplift the reach of the branch’s monthly sales targets.
    iv. Identifying market potential, collecting the data concerned and developing a knowledge-focused & specialized team in sales to achieve Business Development plans of the company.

    2. Administration
    i. Providing support to team members in administering sales goals and should performing the role of matured management in guiding team positively.
    ii. Management of day-to-day business functions of the branch.
    iii. Maintenance of the records, registers, files, transactions accounts pertaining to sales and sales admin involvements
    iv. Work coordination among branch team members for the effective execution of assignments.
    v. Enable systematic co-ordination with other departments such as Business Development, Client Support and Office Administration.
    vi. Working on the continuous quality improvisation of business administration system and suggesting progressive plans to the management for better Quality - Business – Administration.
    vii. Management of business communication.
    viii. Data Management

    3. Client Service
    i. Attending clients on their visits or over phones, introducing the company and self, presenting and convincing the values of our concepts and services and executing orders concerned to various activities of the company, when required to support team members.
    ii. As a matured member of the team you are required to practice a strong loyal commitment towards every client in providing solutions on their post sales requirement. You should be vigil to spot and control any client grievances to ensure the ultimate client satisfaction.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • MINIMUN 5 YEEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A SALES TEAM LEADER.
    • SHOULD BE AN ACE PEOPLE-MANAGER WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF TEAM SALES ACHIEVEMENTS.
    • CAPABLE TO RECRUIT, TRAIN AND MENTOR SALES TEAM.
    • SHOULD POSSESS EXELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS & COMPUTER PROFICIENCY.
    • REQUISIT MINIMUM 3 YEARS SERVICE COMMITMENT.
