Job Responsibilities :
- Authorize Accounts (NRI Accounts, Current accounts and Fixed Deposits) as per customer instructions in accordance with the laid down KYC guidelines so as to ensure “zero error rate” and total customer satisfaction.
- Handling Cash transactions on daily basis of customers.
- Credit the respective customer’s account with initial funding amounts parked by the branches in their SL-CPC accounts to avert loss of income to the customer.
- Process all AOFs received within the prescribed TAT. Ensure all transactions / entries initiated in Finacle are authorized.
- Ensure all transactions / entries are debited or credited to appropriate customer accounts and a confirmatory mail is sent to the reporting authority.

- Ensure that I-connect pins have been issued for all accounts where requested / halt dispatch of pins in case of incorrect issuance.
- Open / authorize all IPO/NFO and non-operative current accounts accurately requested by the CCPH or Business Banking Team and set up standing instructions for the same as per prescribed norms within the defined TAT.
- Ensure processing of SB insta kit requests logged by branches by liasioning with Data Centre & the Logistics team as well as ensure processing of Current Account insta requests logged by branches (CPU Admin function).
- Issue deliverables accurately (cheque book, debit cards, pins) in the system as indicated by the customer so that complete kits are received by customers at one go.
