Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the profitable growth and management of the AMC in the interest of all stakeholders.
- Responsible for all company’s business and investment operations within organisation
- Responsible for the development of business of the Company and its day-to-day management
- Lead through innovation: use strategic product differentiators & strategies to create competitive advantage
- Throws light on market volatility, risk management strategies, competition in the industry and the key challenges in the industry.
- Develop and articulate long term vision for the company reflecting the objectives, priorities as established by the Board
- Develop, implement strategy to achieve planned growth objectives.
- Assume full accountability for all aspects of company operations, performance.
- Build, maintain an effective executive team.
- Closely monitor operations, financial results in accordance with plans, budgets.
- Develop a strong and vibrant brand
- Develop and implement integrated risk management strategies covering financial market and operational risk across all functions of the companies.
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities for change in business
Knowledge and skill set required for this role:
- Strong knowledge of local banking regulations, risk management and financial controls
- Confident and strongly diligent in ensuring independence of the Finance department from a control perspective
- Good leadership and communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile:
Desired Qualification and Experience:
- Should be CA/ CWA/ MBA Finance with 15 to 20 years of total experience; Age group -34 to 40 years.
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience at senior level in financial sector, with exposure in Islamic Capital/ debt market.
- In-depth knowledge of financial Management principles, Investment functions, corporate Tax laws, Company laws, Treasury operations and other current trends.
- Should have exposure to managing project appraisals, investor relationship and managing funds.
- Tax planning & tax compliance
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; Conversant with changing economic & regulatory environment; Maintains an awareness of new trends and advances in the profession
