    Job Description
    ** To be responsible for the budgets and targets of the electricals section and understanding & achievements of the targets as per the annual business plan by the team
    ** To ensure training on product, process and behavioural training in coordination with L&D
    ** To ensure implementation of SOPs on the floor
    ** To be involved in the recruitments at the store level
    ** To ensure availability of accurate customer database at the store
    ** To coordinate with the category for availability of products on the floor
    ** To ensure that the stocks are ordered from the local or central warehouse
    ** To give feedback on the progress on movement of various products
    ** To work out stock rotation of merchandise on display at regular intervals
    ** To ensure proper visual merchandising at the store in coordination
    ** To ensure accurate pricing on the shelf takers at all times
    ** To ensure implementation of various schemes, promotions etc at the Electrical & Got It sections
    ** To mentor staff members to achieve targets and groom them into the next level
    ** To identify and retain talent at the store level
    ** To counsel and performance manage the staff members
    ** To work out reordering of cash and carry merchandise required at the store on a regular basis
    ** To train the sales team on new products on a regular basis

    Desired Profile
    ** Graduate with diploma or degree in management with 2-5 years of experience buying or selling electrical items
