SBU - Finance Head(SBU_FH)
Qualifications :
* CA / ICWA / MBA Finance from a primer institute

Work Experience :
* 8 to 12 years of work experience in Finance function with at least 2 years of experience in infrastructure sector

Responsibilities :
* Ensuring financial disciple in the SBU.
* Ensuring timely and accurate financial information from sits and the corporate.
* Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
* Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of business vertical
* Preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
* Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
* All service and VAT / TDS falling within the SBU are assessed and paid on due dates.
* Preparation of financial statements of actual revenues / cash flow, transfers, and expenses quarterly and annually.
* Ensure statutory compliance and accounts preparation.
* Responsible for managing receivables as per SLA.
* Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop one, two and three year business plans for the business vertical.
* Other duties as assigned.

Desired profile :
* Incumbent should have strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles.
* Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
* Experience in Contract Management.
* Exposure to Oracle ERP would be an advantage.
* Must have worked in Infrastructure sector for at least 2years.
* Must have managed multiple projects simultaneously.
