Job Description:
Only Commerce Graduate with 3 years of experience in AP/AR/R2R; Post Graduate-Commerce -3 -5 Years in AP/AR/R2R
BPO experience in F&A in supporting telecom clients
First point of contact for al escalations for his/her span of control
Co-ordinate with on-shore buddies, customer, plan to ensure completion of daily tasks
SLA Delivery - to meet and exceed expectation
Attend calls of team/customer
To ensure adequate back up is in place for each processor
Assist GL/SGL in quality audits and improvement projects
Handholding and refresher training for the team. Ability to back up if required.
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable to work in 24*7 shifts
Minimum 3 yrs of experience in the Core Accounting (AP\AR\R2R)
