Job Description:
Various positions available for one of the new launched restaurant in Chennai. The restaurant is a part of SAMSARA Home Foods Private Limited. Urgent requirements for Stewards, Captain and Restaurant Supervisor. Freshers with diploma in hotel management are welcome. Experienced candidates preferred for Supervisor and Captain positions.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Steward/ Captain:
The Candidate should have relevant experience in the hotel industry. Candidates should possess pleasing personality and good communication skills.
2. Restaurant Supervisor:
Will have to oversee the entire operations of cooking, Manage employees
Oversee reports pertaining to daily cooking, checking the meals served reports
Oversee purchase requirements
Office management relating to kitchen activities etc.
Maintain hygiene standards among employees etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors in Hotel Management will be an advantage, Should have prior pre-opening experience of opening of the Hotels, Pleasant personality, Excellent communication skills, should be able to handle teams.
