    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
    ? Business area segregation according to the market and focus of the company

    ? Conceptulisation and effective presentation with sound knowledge of marketing
    ? Effective communication and negotiation skills

    CLIENT SERVICING
    ? Maintaining profitable relationship with the client
    ? Follow up for further requirements
    ? Timely and well planned execution
    ? Working in unison with operations ,productions and creative team.
    ? Outstanding follow up.
    PRODUCTION AND FABRICATION (Additional advantage)
    ? FABRICATION-In depth knowledge of creative and fabrication.
    ? TECHNICALS –Understanding and finalizing the requirement for sound ,light and AV.
    ? PERMISSIONS-Sound knowledge and contacts for various permissions required.
    ? VENUE MANAGEMENT-Pre rekki of the venue and maintaining good relation with the venue staff.
    ? COSTING- Full and updated knowledge of costing so as to increase the profit margin.

    MANPOWER &VENDOR MANAGEMENT
    ? Full and complete database of manpower
    ? Complete and updated list of vendors as per the requirement

    REVENUE GENERATION
    ? Database of clients who are ready to sponsor
    ? Communicating and convincing the need to invest
    ? Maintaing relations with such clients

    BRANCH ADMINISTRATION (Additional advantage)
    ? Complete knowledge and ability of branch functioning
    ? Exceptionally good communication skills
    ? Effective leadership qualities
    ? Extremly good at objection handling and crisis management.
    ? Process and system driven functioning

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    The ideal candidate would be a post graduate in advertising/management/event management with relevant experience in advertising/event management company.
    -Excellent verbal and written English skills (Good e-mail writing skills)
    -Good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
    -Excellent time management and team handing skills
