legal training, whereby visited all the jails of Madhya Pradesh and took sessions for jail
inmates about their rights, provided legal aid lawyers to inmates in need of legal assistance,
special emphasis was to send juveniles to juvenile home who were wrongly kept in jails.
- Conducted training for migrant labour in coordination with GVT (Gramin Vikas Trust)
covering all major labour laws with special focus on rights of interstate migrant labour. Sexual
harassment at work place, payment of wages and workmen compensation Act
- Worked with MARG (Multiple Action Research Group) [ Jun 2005- Dec. 2007] as a Legal
Retainer, core responsibility included conducting Legal Literacy workshops, undertaking
research work, drafting legal notices, legal opinion, counseling and co-ordaining with different
organizations, majorly on the issues related to women’s right and other laws relevant to a
