Job Description
Engineering and design of industrial furnaces and fired heaters for Petrochemical, Chemical, and Refinery industries.

Desired Profile
Graduate Mechanical Engineer, from reputed Engineering College, having experience in detailed engineering design of Oil Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Chemical and Gas plants. Experience: min. 05 years in carrying out engineering and design of industrial furnaces and fired heaters for Petrochemical, Chemical, and Refinery industries.
You must have previous experience working on industrial furnace or fired heater design build projects. You will be responsible for efficient, cost effective and acceptable design of mechanical components as defined by proposal, client purchase order, and governing codes and standards including detailed design calculations. Your work may include, but is not limited to: equipment orientation and location, application of fans, pumps, turbines, boilers, steam drums, air heaters, sootblowers, burners, air pollution control equipment, and calculation of pressure part thickness, tube support design, and burner piping. You will also be involved with other areas of design including checking vendor calculations, establishing procedures, etc. This job generally includes the direction and control over the preparation of drawings which present the design for fabrication and construction by others. You must be proficient with MS Excel and should have some exposure using AutoCad and/or a 3D modeling software.
