    Work Experience
    I) Presently Working with Fundoodata.com (Sunrise consultancy) as Associate Product & Research Team member since 10th October 2010 & till Date & handling following areas :-
    II) Responsible for doing research on internet.
    III) Maintaining and recording of Corporate Sectors database.
    IV) Updating entire Corporate Data by approaching those companies over phone and that too through proper research process.

    a) Generated appointments for car sales and Test Drive & scheduled proper appointments of customers & successfully coordinated with the sales heads.
    b) Follow up with the customer after visit of customers in show room for them to buy Ford car only.
    c) Handling customers’ queries on phone as well as attending walk-in customers.
    d) Successfully co-ordinated with sales team.
    e) Handled Front Office area as well (whenever required).
    f) Prepared quotations & Performa invoices for the customers who were interested in buying the cars.
    g) Was responsible for maintenance of entire office records.
    h) Handled all the customers’ queries by explaining in details about the features of products and encouraged them to buy the Ford Car by offering best interest rates if they wanted to finance the car and by properly explaining feature of the products in nice/convincing way.
    II) I had attended 1 month & 15 Days Summer Intership Training from 28th July 2008 to 28th August 2008 in M/s.Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems, Ghaziabad. I have done training on HR functions like I have learned to recruit men power and also updated the HR Manual of the company.
    III) Six months training from January 09 to June,09 with M/s. EFL Impex Pvt.Ltd.(A Essence For Lighting Group), Noida as Coordinator and reported to Head - Marketing & Sales. In the organization I learned to make the invoice, shipping documents and interacted with Bank, Insurance, Travel Agents and Shipping Agents etc.etc.
    IV) Attended 1 Day Training Program Organised by Ford Motors in India Habitat Center, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
    Academic Qualification :-
    (a ) Perusing MBA from MD University, Rohtak
    (b) Graduate in Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A) from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad – UP.
    (c) 10+2 Passed from DAV Public School, Noida (C.B.S.E Board in the year 2006) with 58% marks.
    (d) 10th Passed form Spring Meadows Public School, New Delhi (C.B.S.E Board in the year 2004) with 70% Marks.
    Extra Qualification(s) :-
    (a) Complete knowledge of day to day computer work and can handle MS Office, MS Outlook, Visual basic 6.0, and other language independently.
