Job Description:
Complete cycle of audit assignments, starting from planning, department meetings, execution, reporting and presentations on significant findings.
Preparing Scope and Objective of Audit Area and conducting Internal Audit for areas as assigned.
Follow up of implementation of audit suggestions and status.
Preparing Risk & Control Chart and Control Effectiveness Index.
Documenting, reviewing and testing of internal controls and Designing and implementing audit programs to test the efficiency of all aspects of accounting controls.
Participating in Enterprise Risk Management Framework and integrating the same with the audits.
Support in preparation of documents for Audit Committee.
To assist Business Units in bringing about process improvements.
Checking compliances and Finalizing audit reports both under Companies Act and Income Tax Act (India).
Presentation before the regulatory authorities for Income tax and Companies Act for assessments, appeals and revisions.
Training and supervising staff auditors in all aspects of the audit engagement.
Leading the Audit team for different Statutory and Internal Audit assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 to 6 years of Post-Qualification experience in the field of Internal Audit. CIA and DISA would be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Auditing, Accounts, Internal Controls, Enterprise Risk Management
Proficient in MS Office & working knowledge of ERP & ACL.
High process orientation, a keen eye for detail and high business acumen.
Strong data analytical and presentation skills.
Good communication & interpersonal skills, proficient in English and Hindi languages.
Good Team Handling and Leadership Skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations efficiently with maturity.

- Installed a new Reactor for Production of Soft Carbon Black with a capacity of 150 tones per day equipped with latest technologies for efficient heat recovery equipment, as against the existing reactor with a capacity of only 90 tones per day at Continental Carbon India Limited, Ghaziabad

- Presently working on a major upcoming green field project for commissioning of a new Carbon Black plant in Vishakhapatnam with an annual installed production capacity of 140000 MTPA and a captive power plant generating 50 MW power in the first phase.

(b) Providing various process improvement initiatives in traditional carbon black process
