REPORTING TO : CFO Director/Project Manager ( For New Projects ).
Qualification : CA/ICWA/B.Com.

LOCATION : JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA.

DUTIES :
• Maintains general ledger record, posting entries from supporting records, making adjusting entries.
• Follow up accounts payables and receivables, aging, payment list and personally handles involved or unusual complaints or inquiries.
• Print out statements of accounts and compares them with summaries to verify accuracy and reconcile errors
• Review/ prepares banks, suppliers, clients, inter-co reconciliation, investigate the missing entries and makes the necessary adjustments.
• Handles the prepaid expenses, accruals, deferred charges and Fixed assets depreciation schedules and ensure recording the figures on monthly basis
• Prepares the closing and adjustments entries for the period/year end
• Liaise with external auditors; arranges requirements and makes clarification regarding their queries.BUDGETS & CASH FLOW FORECASTING :
• Assist in budget preparation and implementation.
• Assist in the preparing monthly/ annual financial reports.
• Maintains cash flow forecast
• Effectively present information and response to questions from management.
• Arrange all necessary correspondence with various sites.

Project includes the welding of PP(poly propeleyne), PVDF pipes ranges from 0.5inch to 12inches. Butt weld is done for this pipes by hydraulic pressure. Basically it consist of pre pickling line, mixed acid line (1&2), final rinse line, Acid Recovery System etc, As this material can withstand hot acids easily under high concentration. Its life is also more and free from corrosion. Butterfly valves, ball valves, control valves, PRV, PCV, gate valves are different components. First pipe is heated for high temperature approx, 240degree by using a heating mirror and placed in between both pipes and pressure is applied and let it cool. It contains pressure line, drain line, suction line and discharge line. loose flanges are welded for installing on mechanical equipments. Stainless steel bolts and nuts are used to couple it.
