Job Description:
CollabNet is seeking a full-time Web Marketing Manager that will take CollabNet’s presence on the web and lead management activities to the next level of growth.

The position is a high-visibility position attached to strategic initiatives for CollabNet. The responsibility is global and covers multiple aspects of marketing, including web presence, online marketing, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
** Manage the web operations, lead management and collateral production teams.
** Manage and supervise the web/operations teams daily activities; coordinate weekly with the US headquarter on project definition and status as well as priorities.
** Research and drive the implementation of new technologies for online marketing. Plan and drive improvements in web site functionality, including web analytics, user experience, Search Engine Optimization, and localization.
** Ensure smooth execution of the online marketing campaigns that are implemented on CollabNet web properties. Measure and execute optimized email campaigns through successful customer segmentation and effective recommendations.

** Supervise the lead management activities and the implementation of lead flow and business processes changes that feed into the marketing and lead databases.
** Coach staff member and define growth paths and opportunities for each member of the marketing team in the CollabNet’s Chennai office.

Contribute to CollabNet’s new initiative for ecommerce.

Desired Candidate Profile:
** Skills and experience in Web Marketing. Only applicants with both web and marketing experience will be considered.
** Minimum 6 - 7 years of experience managing web initiatives and developing teams.
** Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to provide direction to junior staff members, and work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
** Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating a sense of urgency and ownership to drive programs to completion.
** Detail oriented with superior organizational skills. Accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and initiative required.
** Experience with localized sites, particularly Asian languages (China, Japan, Korea).
** Interest/exposure to Web usability, including web site design and best practices.
** Candidate should be fluent in internet-based development tools and modern web concepts and technologies, including HTML coding and scripting. Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Dreamweaver, PHP, MySQL, Word, Excel a plus. Experience with lead nurturing and ecommerce technologies a plus.
