II. ACCOUNTS :
- Responsible for carrying out the internal audit for maintaining accuracy and uniformity in the accounting systems and policies of the company.

- Supervision of maintenance of statutory registers viz. Fixed Assets Register, E P F Register, E S I Register, Factory Act Register etc. prescribed under the Companies Act.
- Supervision and maintenance of Monthly Excise Return and Vat Return
IV. Excise Matters
- Keeping an eye on the latest changes whether through notifications or judgments.
- Formulation of pricing of products by keeping in view EXISE, CENVAT, CST, VAT and other related laws
- Supervision of maintenance of excise records.
- Follow up of the excise procedures & rules.
Maintain books like RG-I, Part-I, Form-IV Register ,Capital goods stock register, Annexure -IV & Annexure-V, of job work, Make ER-I, ER-6, Weekly report, monthly report and take Cenvat credit in Part-II(Input and Capital), Make daily production slip and adjust to finish goods register, Export is also handle, factory stuffing.
Note :- control the every type of store work. & Dispatch.
V SALE RELATED MATTERS.
- Making incentive schemes. Setting target and comparing them with the actual results
- Fixing levels for achievements & grading the achievements which helps the management to review their performance and fixing the increments etc
- Assisting management in studding the sales data. Technically analyzing the sales with help of their graphs
- Motivating the sales staff to achieve their goals
- Making sales policies with the management by comparing our data with the industry and other competitors
VI. Others
- Finding actual cost of the products.
- Fixing prices of the products by keeping in view the cost, market, competitor’s rates, salability of the products etc to make our product more saleable.
- Saving Labor, controlling material receipts and issues, electricity and other direct costs by making comprehensive study, comparisons charts, and production schedules by looking into the order books with their dispatch plans.
- Finding rate deviations of input materials and fixing rates of the suppliers with the help of the purchase managers.
