Job Description:
Our Company is looking for a senior level marketing & management person in Maharashtra, located preferably in MUMBAI. Company may appoint one or more of such personnel as per the logistics and market diversity and demand. The candidates may also be appointed for PUNE NAGPUR.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The Candidate should have the following essential qualities.
1. He must have the necessary exposure of FMCG/OTC line of sales & Marketing and should possess necessary skills and qualities of experienced marketing person.
2. He must have the experience and knowledge of launching new products in the markets.
3. He must have the ready network of C&F and/or Super Stockiest and required distribution channel.
4. He must come in the job with the ready team of marketing personnel of different order viz. SO, SR and Reps.
5. He must be experienced and well verse in product launches, product promotion market development within assigned period of time.
6. He must be capable of handling large territories, and network of distribution and sales team.
7. He must take up the onus and responsibility of achieving sales targets forwarded by the Company from time to time.
