Job Description:

The incubent would make more than 100 calls in a day, to law firms in the US and Canada. He/she would speak to the managing partners of these law firms and brief about the service offerings of the organization and identify hot leads. The AHT (Average Handling Time) of these calls would be about 3 minutes. Subsequently the resource would need to send out standardized service proposal emails to prospective clients. He/she would also need to follow up with the prospective leads and fix up a teleconference with the manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Two years and above experience in outbound sales process in a call center. Preferably in a B to B environment.
? Fluency in spoken as well as written english.
? Exposure to voice interaction with residents of America and/or Canada
? Must be good at sales and self motivated
? Must sound confident and matured
? Preferably from a B to B process
? Willingness to learn and work in a new area of business

Business development experience in a Legal Outsourcing company would be preferred .
