Job Description:
• Should have minimum of 3-5 years experience in handling Hydraulic Rock breakers.
Create leads through market coverage and effective communication
• Prospecting on all leads generated
• Work on all leads/universal prospects to convert to market platform and to orders.
• Understanding customer needs and submission of technical and commercial offer.
• Handling of objections/demonstrations etc if required
• Negotiations and closure of the order
• Networking with Financial organisation in the area for leads as well as customer financial closure speed.
• Work with service team to ensure that customer experiences high level of service
• Feed back on market developments/competition/new products etc to HQ team.
• The position is responsible for meeting the equipment sales target for the company, by direct sales to the customer, maintaining the profit margins decided for the company.
• The position also responsible for the forecast (SIOP input) /receivables collection.
• This position brings the revenue and profit growth to the company and also helps in enhancing the market share by getting new customers while maintaining existing customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate should be:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering prefered.
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in capital equipment selling with at least 3 years experience in independent handling of a major territory for Hydraulic Rock Breakers only. Experience in construction equipment industry preferred.
• Prior industry related experience preferred.
