The person would be responsible for developing and maintaining application and database designs using Oracle Designer and should be able to handle the end to end implementation of the individual modules including design, coding, testing and deployment. He should be able to interact with the business analysts, technical team and Clients and should be able to deliver the solutions meeting customer expectations. Required Hands on experience on Oracle Designer in designing business models.

Desired Profile:
Hands on experience in Oracle Designer 6i, Oracle Procedures (PL/SQL), Oracle Developer, Oracle Reports
Creating forms/reports
Creating Data models, Process Models, Functional Models and E-R Diagrams
Creating tables/views/procedures /functions and packages Creating DDL scripts

Required Skill Set

4.Position: OTM
Job Description:

* Acts as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for the assigned project
* Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the project to achieve its goals

Required Skill Set:

* At least 1-2 TMS implementation experience (Transportation Management System/Solution using Oracle Transportation Management product)
* Prior experience is driving/conducting business requirements gathering workshop is a must. Some amount of people management skills is desirable
* Good Domain knowledge on Supply chain/Logistics
* Flexibility to travel at short notice.
* Communication and presentation skills should be excellent
* Should have overseas experience and worked on projects of global scale
* installation and monitoring

Responsibilities:

* Conduct Business Requirements gathering workshop and anchor these workshops on a regular basis
* Elicit requirements from different stake holders in the project
* Develop and document Transportation business processes
* Work closely with the design team to develop robust and scalable solutions in OTM
* Prepare Business Requirements Document and Solution Design document.
* Develop functional test plans and carry out functional testing
* Configure OTM product
* Close coordination with the customer and the development team.

Main Skill:

* At least 5+ years of experience in application development/product implementations of Transportation Management Systems

Role: Test Manager
Responsibilities:

* Work with Test Strategist in defining the test strategy
* Understand and analyze requirements and identify gaps from a testing perspective
* Preparation/review of Test scenarios/cases/data – functional, non-functional and system testing
* Estimate and plan for lifecycle activities
* Allocate and monitor tasks to assigned team members
* Ensure effectiveness and productivity of assigned test team through appropriate reviews/validation/audit
* Monitor defects and work with development/implementation teams in triaging and closure/resolution
* Prepare status reports as required for internal and external stakeholders including senior management
* Support best practices implementation and process improvements
* Ensure performance of self and team as per governing metrics working with the Delivery and Competency management team
