    Job Description:
    Generalist role in a corporate environment handling HR processes that includes, Recruitment – Pre & Post Recruitment, Induction and Orientation, Employee Database Management and HRIS, Policy Implementation, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Retention Management, Statutory and Legal Compliances across the business units.
    Handle full cycle of recruitment at corporate level. Act as single point of contact with recruitment consultants and business unit HR across the country for all recruitment needs.
    Responsible for recruitment of personnel as per the requirements from the functional heads / business unit – store heads / HR by sourcing candidates through the various channels available like Consultants, Job Portals, News Paper Ads, Employee Referral Programs to source the potential talents, screen them, co-ordinate the hiring process by establishing relationship with selected candidates.
    Be the first or second interview level for all positions, except for any senior / management positions. Update all reports daily and submit reports to line manager on a weekly basis and ensure all recruitment deadlines are met.
    Ensure all pre-recruitment Screening, Salary Negotiation, Salary Fitment, Reference Check, Background and Employment Verification are completed before rolling out offers and maintain a list of all the referrals and build the employee master at corporate level. Ensure the right test are administered on candidates as per positions they are being interviewed at business unit level across the country.
    Be a focal point of contact with the unit HR to handle unit specific data and reporting requirements. Seek feedback from business unit HR towards process and policy improvements, and provide the same to the department head on all HR issues pertaining to all HR processes.
    Work closely with the business unit Store Head and HR to conduct compensation process, rolling out Offers, Appointment Letters, facilitating the Payroll inputs, addressing the payroll related queries of the employees, Time and Work Schedules, Leave Administration, Statutory and Legal Compliances, Benefits Management, carrying out Performance Review on training, probations and confirmation reviews etc.,

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Graduate in any discipline, preferably with PG Diploma or MBA in HR / IR having 1-3 Years of experience as a HR generalist in a corporate environment from Retail, Textiles and Garments, Hospitality or Service Industry.
    ? Should have hands on experience in working with Job Portals and Recruitment Consultants.
    ? Knowledge of statutory and legal compliances relating to Labour, ESI, PF and Other Central Acts.
    ? Team player with excellent analytical, co-ordination, execution and negotiation skills with ability to deal assertively with all level of employees.
    ? Excellent communication skill in Tamil, English and Hindi
    ? Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) essential, ERP knowledge added advantage not essential.
