Job Description:
The candidate should be:
•Well versed with the Coffee trade.
•Have worked / headed a well reputed coffee serving outlet / chain.
•Able to handle the entire operations independently.
•Able to maintain the highest standards of hygiene & service.
•A ‘Go-Getter’ & motivator for his team.
•Enthusiastic & ready to work with his own initiative.
Apart from the above the candidate would also be responsible for the following:
•Entire Operations of the Outlet.
•Achieving Targets given/set.
•To market the food & beverages to achieve optimum profitability
•Preparing Monthly Requisitions
•Handling Legal & statutory issues.
•As per company norms maintaining wastages & breakages.
•Minimizing any kind of pilferages.
•Regular Marketing.
•General Upkeep of the outlet.
•Vendor & supplier payments.
•Regular Reporting to HO.
•Sale proceeds to be deposited in company bank account.
•To ensure the use of SOP’s by all team members.
•Schedule & receive food and beverage deliveries.
•Checking delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity.
•Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
•Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Shall be a Graduate/Post Graduate. Preference given to candidates with Management in Hospitality background. Minimum 6 years experience in related Industry (F&B or Coffee Retail) Salary No Bar (depending on applicant’s caliber & experience).
