The candidate should be able to:

Play the Perfect Host at the one of the India’s most appreciated coffee lounge. Receive the guests as you would receive at your own home, exchange pleasantries, settle them down, engage in friendly banter, make them comfortable and feel special, understand their taste in F&B, act as their guide and showcase with pride the lounge, escort them to the counter, gracefully introduce to your colleague manning the counter and wish the customer the best in his/her choice of high-end F&B experience. Support your colleagues at the cash counter by engaging into a pleasant conversation with customers as they complete placing their order. Act as a concierge if they have a requirement and help them meet their small needs that will touch their heart! See off the guests till the door; ensure a warm send off with pleasantries and good feel for them to carry fond memories.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be able to converse with guests fluently in English, Hindi & Local Language.
