Job Description:
To be responsible for Financial Statement i.e. P&L and Balance Sheet of group companies.
To look after entire accounts of group companies.
To manage the companies payables & cash flows. To analyze & close the companies P&L within the reporting deadlines.
To analyze the Income Taxation requirements.
To get Tax assessments done. - Service Tax requirements of the Company, ST return filings, ST assessments / audits execution - Preparation & timely submission of monthly, quarterly, annual MIS etc. - Filing of Returns, Analyzing & Getting the assessments done.
Require working knowledge of direct & indirect taxation issues including service tax.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Age: 30 to 35 years.
Gender Preferably: Male.
Educational Qualification: CA.
Experience: 4 – 6 years.
Should be hard working and flexible in terms of working hours.
Should be able to independently handle accounts upto finalisation.
Should understand the requisites of internal and statutory audit in addition to awareness of PF, ESIC, VAT, TDS and Service Tax etc.
