We have an exciting opportunity for an Accessory Designer with a keen interest in fashion and accessories, reacting to new trends and developing an exciting but commercial range of fashion accessories that maintains a unique identity in the current off the rack market.

Job Activities Include:
• Design and develop both innovative and commercial product ranges.
• Forecasting trends, developing inspiration boards and design direction for each season, maintaining unique brand identity.
• Responsible for all aspects of design development working to a critical path, achieving specific deadlines.
• Carry out and manage all sampling for buyers.
• Frequent visits to local markets to check for components and parts.
• Working closely with craftsmen and suppliers to ensure all areas of product development are covered.
• Work to high standards and achieve targets, taking all actions necessary to ensure excellence and quality is achieved.
• Identifying and developing a premium range of accessories that caters to the customers need for ‘something different’
• Reacting to general trends in the Jewelry industry as well as key fashion trends, visiting local shops to check on the competition.
• Anticipating future needs and opportunities, thinking imaginatively to generate solutions/ ideas of benefit and grow the business.

Job Responsibility:
- Working for Pre –Order development [POD] team, complete co-ordination with buyer and suppliers for sampling.
- Coordinating with factory, sourcing department, sampling coordinator, executive for smooth functioning of pre- order development process.
- Preparing specification sheets, doing cad work for the every product along with artwork and sending it to the factory for sampling as per buyer’s requirement.
