Job Description:
• Able to meet annual sales and profit targets;
• Able to handle sales in Universities, Government and Franchisee segments
• Able to create credible sales pipeline for the region
• Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector.
• Identify and meeting potential customers;
• Making Business Proposals,
• Facilitate links with professional and regulatory bodies and commercial organizations;
• Utilizing sales resources effectively
• Compile competitors analysis to identify business opportunities and threats;
• Able to deliver presentations of products at customer sites , conferences and exhibitions;
• Attend trade exhibitions and user group meetings;
• Maintain company’s contact management database,
• Produce monthly sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile:
• MBA / PGDM in Marketing specialisation preferred.
• Should possess 3 and above years of relevant business development experience.
• Knowledge of services, training & education industry preferable
• Strong networking background in services, training & education industry preferred
• Professional Level Communication & Presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and to be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced Industry and should be able lead the team.
