Responsibilities
* Execute as well as check the progress of the projects, and suggest alternatives whenever required to make sure the delivery milestones are met, with the appropriate quality and cost
* Make sure the process followed in project execution are in line with the standard Ford process and practices – C3P Classic as well as C3P NG
* Ensure the metrics are tracked and reported to measure the efficiency and success of the team
* Monitor the metrics for quality, cost and timing for the projects
* Take proactive steps to make sure the right hardware and software are available to execute the projects at ADS AP
* Participate in developing action plans and solutions for critical issues
* Manage the day-to-day project related concerns with the customer and ADS AP partners
* Responsible for the verbal and written communication with the customers.

Requirements
* Education Qualification : B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M. Tech
* Experience : 3 - 10 Years
* Required skills : CAD, I-DEAS CATIA, C3P NG, Team Centre.
