Job Description:
Responsible for the activities with related to Work instructions for procurement of allocated items. This includes preparation of Two Bin quantity getting quotations from suppliers, evaluation of offers, getting approval from Management for ordering, order follow up, reviewing the status of order with suppliers.

Responsible for quality supply, standard packing, price reduction, maintaining optimum inventory, sending materials to supplier and reconciliation of stocks, supplier audit, along with respective departments.

Responsible for ensuring updated drawings with the supplier and other documents as per related QSPs and WI.

Responsible for collection, filing, indexing, storage, retention and retrieval of department quality records.
