10. Follow up for Completion of pending Sales Tax Assessments at Warehouse’s in co-ordination with Manager Taxation.
11. Follow up for timely submission of “F” forms for stocks transfers made to Warehouse’s company wise quarterly.

SALES ADMINISTRATION:
Field Force Related functions:

2. Follow up for monthly Tour programme approved by his officer.
3. Follow up for attendance of Field force every month for processing Salary and submission to HR department.
4. Verification of Field Force expenses with TA rules, Tour Program and random check with daily sales report.
5. Forwarding of Travel Expenses statements to Accounts department follow up for reimbursements and Intimation of Reimbursements of field force to RSM/ASM’s.

Distributors related functions:
Verification of Distributors evaluation form on appoint like:
- Appointment of Distributors is against resignation of existing Distributors or Creation of new Distributors in vacant towns.
- If the appointment is against resignation of existing Distributors than resignation Letter of Distributors along with his pending claims should be received to make settlement of his account and also to have control over Distributors appointments.
- In case if the Distributors name is changed and if he wants to transfer his balance to new name than letter from both the new and old Distributors should be taken to this effect.
- Details of TIN number, Address, Contact person’s present and permanent address and Phone numbers are must.
All Distributors appointments should be approved by Exec. Director/DGM(Sales).
Distributors CLAIMS:
1. Verification of Distributors ASP/other claims with supporting bills and HO approvals. Forwarding to Accounts and follow up for Credit notes.
2. Obtaining confirmation of balances from Distributors every quarter as per statement of account given by Head Office accounts Department.
3. Verification and approval of all expenses and Distributors claims and forwarding to accounts and follow up for credit notes.
4. Distributors damage stock claims:
- Receipt of damage stocks from Distributors to Warehouse and time taken for checking at depot and forwarding to Factory.
- Forwarding of Damage stock claims and LR’s to Factory
- Follow up for check reports from Factory
- Valuation of damage stock for replacement of stock based on check report.
- Forwarding of check to Warehouse’s for pack-to-pack replacement.
Sending reports to Sales Management and Brand Management at Head Office in the required format as per the schedule.
