Material Purchase:-
• Excellent knowledge of all types of building and construction material
• Purchase of material
• Sourcing of material
• Handling entire purchase operation
• Knowledge/information of new types of products lauched in the market from time to time.
• Knowledge of Manufacturers, Vendors and suppliers
• Formation of SOPS for entire purchase operation.
• MIS
• Innovative in purchasing
• In-depth knowledge of product pricing
• Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills
• Preparation and finalization of purchase orders
• Knowledge of quality rating and system
• Managing Creditors
• Formation Invoice/Billing verification, control system

Rules and Regulation:-
• In depth knowledge of Sales Tax, “C” form and other related Government rules and regulations.
• Government incentives etc.

Import and Export:-
• Well versed in Import & Export norms, Government policies, Incentives etc.
• Knowledge of all the rules and regulation pertaining to LCs, payment remittance etc.

Stock and Material Management:-
• Formation of inventory system, “FIFO”/”LIFO”etc.
• Material Purchase Planning
• Coordination with different departs and the related sites.
• Material reconciliation
• MIS
• Formation of “No wastage Policy System”.
