Job Description:
One of the well known Organisations in UAE has opportunities in Dubai for IS Auditors.

The main responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain a system of identifying all risks, expected control and actual controls for each system used by the bank.
* Undertake the following classes of audit built into the internal is audit strategy and business plans
- All Facilities Management arrangements entered into by IT Department
- Post Implementation Reviews of IT Projects
- Application and logical access control reviews of existing systems
- Environmental and Physical and Logical Access Security Controls for all the Banks Hardware and their Operating Systems
- Librarian Activities
- IS Business Continuity Planning
- Networks and Internet facilities to include logical, physical and intrusion detection controls
- Change Control practices
- Hardware/Software inventory controls
* Assist the it security officer in implementing appropriate it security and control plans and programs and audit their effectiveness.
* Audit objective and scope programmes
* Audit work papers and reports
* Work with Internal Audit staff to develop CAATS for all systems in the Company to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and automated work papers for Internal Audit department.
* Advise Internal Audit department staff on progress in new systems under development by the Bank.
* Assist Internal Audit department staff on in department IT issues
* Ensure through formal or self-training that incumbents knowledge of all IT aspects are kept up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate would satisfy the following criteria:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in IS Audit . Overall experience of at least 6- 8 years.
* A recognized university degree
* Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) ( ISACA, USA) (compulsory) or equivalent Institute of Internal Auditors qualification
* Knowledge and experience of developing CAATS
* Hardware, Software and Network experience relative to a Financial Organisation's configurations
* Formal Training in Risk identification, Assessment and Analysis practices
* BS or ISO 7799 Experience (optional)
* Financial systems experience as well as Audit experience

Preference would be given to those candidates who would be willing to make themselves available between 25th and 27th September in Chennai for a face-to-face interview.
