You will be inducted and trained to work as a Team Leader in our BPO operations.
Your job as a Team leader will consist of :
* Coordination of the BPO projects for our US clients.
* Ensuring that the project assigned to you is functioning as per the client specifications and all the members of the team are performing as per the standards.
* Oversee the QC function of the project Provide training to new team members.
* Interact with the US client and take their feedback on any process issues.
