    Job Description:
    Responsible for recovery efforts on charged off, or deficiency balance accounts owned or serviced by Ocwen in the Asset Recovery - ORG department. Responsible to follow prescribed Ocwen procedures for collecting debt , offering settlements, locating assets, etc. Recovery Specialist are assigned between 500 to 750 accounts to work for payment in full, payment arrangements, or settlements as appropriate. Responsible to manage work load and apply proper due diligence to all accounts assigned. Follow-up on accounts if payments are not made or in the event a payment is returned for NSF. Must comply with all state and federal laws governing collection activity. Must be able to maintain minimum productivity standards and meet performance standards on a consistent basis. Secondary responsibilities include assisting in routine tasks or special projects as requested by management.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Should have excellent communication skills
    Must be willing to work in shifts
    Graduates preferred, Undergraduates with good communication skills/ relevant experience can also apply
    We donot consider BSc Computer Science / BCA/ MCA/ BE/ BTech
