ü Responsible for end-to-end recruitments.
ü Analyzing the requirements.
ü Headhunting of candidates - industry / function wise
ü Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, Internet postings
ü Job posting / reposting at registered Job-portal for all vacant positions
ü Coordinating with the clients as well as the candidates.
ü Screening and short-listing the relevant resumes.
ü Scheduling interview of candidates with the clients.
ü Reference checks and salary negotiations of the offer and placing the right candidates.
ü Coordinating with candidates until they join.
ü Generating daily MIS reports
