    Job Description:
    1. Follow-ups of the enquires with the customer and build CRM
    2. Making up the contracts/ agreements, updating the price list
    3. Handling ERP, update enquiries in ERP with proper reasons and generating various MIS reports from ERP
    4. Checking quotations/ performa invoices/ FTS/ credit limits
    5. Policy making and its implementation
    6. Dealing with International Sales Manager and factory for follow-ups of the order
    7. Handle tenders in consultation with International Sales Mgr
    8. New Business Development

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Over 5 years of experience in handling the overseas customers
    Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with the overseas customers
    Age – around 35 yrs.
    A valid passport
    Excellent verbal and written English language
