Job Description:
• To liaise with large home furnishing retailers in the USA and effectively communicate with them to understand their requirements and then fulfill them
• To coordinate with design team for product development and sampling.
• To make preparations for buyer audits (quality, social, supplier etc.) and coordinate with the auditing agency externally and other departments internally
• To follow-up with production for the order status and provide regular updates to the customers
• Regular internal follow-ups from order receipt till dispatch.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Essential
• Should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience
• Learning Ability / Willingness to learn about Product Detail is a must.
• Attention to Detail, thoroughness
• Good Communication skills are essential
• Should be fluent in the use of English language

Desirable
• International Marketing experience.
• Good Inter-personal skills would be an advantage (as the role requires a lot of interaction with other departments)

Job profile : Handling both inbound & outbound operation

Inbound
1. Lead a team of 50 people
2. Ensure that all the deliveries are done on time co-ordinating with the delivery staff
3. Also involved in the track and trace of the Missing & damaged shipments.
4. Training new joiners on the product, also to train them on systems used by Blue Dart.
5. Provide hands-on assistance to the team in case of problems, both through direct intervention & mentoring
6. Update Customer Specifications used by the team based on the latest Customer requirements
7. Reviewing the feedback received from Service Units & analysing the errors
8. Confine about the shipments, which are undelivered, are intact in the warehousing

10. Actively involved in the octroi clearance at the checkpost for the shipments, which comes under octroiable zone
11. As per load projection organising vehicles for deliveries coordinating with all the local vendors after negotiating on freight
12. Actively involved in negotiating with Bhiwandi localites with regards to Warai
13. Handle the mail box for communication with in the bluedart & outside for better serve of the customer.
Outbound
1. Co-ordinating with staffs & guarantee that all the pickups are actioned on time
2. Taking due care of key clients & ensure that timely co-ordination with the customers as well as staff is done for smoother connection without exceptions
3. Giving timely updates to Key clients about their shipments right from the origin to destination
4. Ensure that before connecting the shipments proper state requirements are updated to clients
5. To give utmost importance to perishable goods
6. Taking monthly feedback about our service from key clients for better service
7. Mentoring new staffs on the product & ensure that proper monitoring is done on them
8. Monitoring & assuring that the Apex loads are connected & coordinating with BDA operation to ensure that all key customer shipments are connected to accomplish NSL (Net Service Level)
9. Taking updates from our counter part about the connection thereby analyse & to bring about smoother & better service to customers.
10. Also involved in handling hub operation (network connection).
11. Handeled the fleet of 70vehs
