Chartered Accountant having more than 20 yrs of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Budget, Cost & Credit Control, Forecasting and Treasury.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be fully conversant with Financial Structuring, Funds Management, Finalization of Contracts &Taxation. Experience in arranging Project Finance for various Projects as well as Business Expansions, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Amalgamation, MIS. Experience in IPO would be added advantage.
The position reports to the MD / Board of Directors. Exceptional presentation and communication skills Dynamic personality, go getter & good interpersonal relation beside good man-management skills.
