Candidate Profile:
* The flash developer will work within the technical team to develop flash based web applications, build interactive interfaces, help define standards and ensure high quality, error-free work.

* This is not a design position; background must be primarily in programming, but still have a good understanding of design.

* E-learning background is essential.Should be well versed with SCORM/AICC standards and common e-learning content templates. Knowledge of Director and VBA automation will be advantage

* The multimedia developer acts as part of a team responsible for developing and implementing client-side interactive marketing and selling experiences by utilizing flash ActionScript, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and .NET.
* Develops, Designs and implements client-side interactive experiences by utilizing flash Action Script AS 3.0 Flex, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, JSP and other technologies.
* Consistently executes test plans and ensures the overall quality of experiences the team delivers

* Collaborates with server side-development teams, interactive creative teams and project management teams.
* Works as part of a team to ensure the timely delivery of high quality, secure and standard-compliant interactive marketing projects

* Researches and makes opportunities to learn new interactive development and production technologies as needed
* Assists in solving challenges and delivering innovative new experiences with internal and external partners.
