Job role:

[LIST][*]Speedy execution of Final phase of large Commercial complex [*]Execution of HVAC Installations – with the help of contractors..[*]Coordination with multiple services that includes Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, Lifts, HVAC, installations [*]Effective implementation of finishing works by interacting with Vendors and end-users [*]Assist the Top Management with inputs and alerts on the various stages of completion [*]Hand over the completed units to end- users and assist the Finance/Marketing teams with inputs[*]To handle both Air cooling and Water cooling Systems.[/LIST]
Candidate profile:

[LIST][*]15 to 20 years of experience in HVAC with specialization in Industrial Centralized Air-conditioning Systems in commercial complex of above 5 Lakhs sq ft.[*]Should have handled a minimum of 2000 TR in Testing and Commissioning of Air-conditioning.[*]Proficient in project management techniques and use of Technology/Software [*]Excellent communications skills and negotiations skills especially in the area of project completion [*]Good understanding of Techno-commercial aspects of work.[*]Should have worked with Air cooled and water cooled systems[*]Should have experience in executing commercial projects - IT parks, Malls etc[*]Should be involved in design and implementation during construction[*]Should be working with a private enterprise[*]Prefer candidates from chennai[/LIST]
Qualifications : BE (Mechanical) with specialization & experience in Air conditioning.

Performance improvement of multistage centrifugal pump in 900TPD ammonia plant in FACT,ELOOR
Brief description of project
This project deals with the performance improvement of a centrifugal pump in 900TPD Ammonia plant FACT. The pump, which was initially bought by FACT, was CHTC 3/13. This pump was meant to have a discharge of 70 tonnes of water in an hour. But owing to various pipe losses, the discharge obtained in actual practice was just below 70 tones. At this juncture FACT began to think of a second pump.
About 16 tonnes of steam is required for the turbines in an hour, ie 8 tonnes each. The two pumps are supplying 36 tonnes of water each to the boiler in an hour. The two multistage centrifugal pump used in FACT now are of same specifications. Through this project work we can improve the overall capacity of the centrifugal pump. We take a detailed study about the system and the technical problems, the necessary calculations are also made to check the viability of the proposal study about the centrifugal pump. The necessary recommendations to overcome this problem is studied and put forwarded in our project.

Formula One cars use semi-automatic sequential gearboxes .The driver initiates gear changes using paddles mounted on the back of the steering wheel .Continuously variable transmissions have been banned, and new seamless shift gearbox were introduced, a type of dual-clutch transmission.F1 regulations heavily limit the use of ground effect aerodynamics.Grand Prix cars and the cutting edge technology that constitute them produce an unprecedented combination of outright speed and quickness for the drivers.
