Job Description
GAYATRI KHANNA house of fashion â Sales and MArketing Manager
Preparation, regular follow-up and dispatch of purchase orders from various oversea clients

Receiving of Purchase orders from the store and ensuring timely delivery of those orders back to the store.

Coordination with various stylists from the media/ fashion magazines
Keeping a track of various press releases and constantly updating press book

Stock rotation between various stores and dispatch of shipments to various stores

Coordination with various stores and receiving a regular feedback from them in terms of sales

Preparation of sales report from various stores
Coordination with New York and Paris office
Preparation of lookbook and other PR material needed for every new season collection

Visual Merchandising- Coming up with various ideas for the store window display and execution of the same.

Formulation of various promotion strategies for the store
Correspondence with various buyers during fashion week
Contacting media and ensuring publicity during fashion week.


Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English speaking & writing skills
- Must have knowledge of high fashion garments
- Bonus if knows all top profile multi-designer stores like Ensemble, Aza, Kimaya, Samsara etc
- good if is familiar with other top fashion brands like Tarun Tahliani , Abu & Sandeep, Shantanu & Nikhil, Malini Ramani to understand what our garments are like
- Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- must have good knowledge of MS office.
