Job Description:

To prepare rate analysis for items quoted in the tenders and additional items executed outside the scope of original agreement.
To maintain up to date rates-list for materials and works.
To rate Bill of Quantities and finalize the tender documents in time.
Checking of measurements and certification of quantities billed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should be B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil with minimum 5 years of experience with Interior Design back ground
Knowledge of AutoCad is added advantage.
