RESIDENCES
· RESIDENCE FOR MR. T.P SINGH
Located in the hills of KASAULI, this house had existing Ground floor with First Floor to be designed.F.F is a unit comprises of ent. lobby. Liv./Din, bedroom& kitchen. All the rms are provided with big large windows so as to explore the beautiful view outside. Elevation is treated in vernacular manner with center pyramid roof surrounded by sloping roofs on other sides at different levels.
· VIRMANI RESIDENCE
It is a spatial house, which is built on a farmland at Ghitorni. Entrance to the house is through a double height circular lobby with a dome placed on top. The two floors of the house are connected with a internal staircase which is looking in to open court through large fixed glazing. Elevation of the building is treated with a concept of palace and is provided with Jharokhas on G.F & F.F roofs. Recessed fins are also added on all the sides as a add on feature so as to enhance it further.

INTERIORS PROJECT
· BANARAS HOUSE

It is a showroom designed to keep all sorts of accessories & designer clothes in displayed form. To provide oneness to the space a big cut out is provided at F.F. front part of the F.F is a designer’s alcove with blue beige colour scheme & parquet flooring. Rear part of the same is devoted to home accessories with bright colour scheme & broken tile pattern on floor.

· PANCHSHILA CLUB
The project was basically the renovation of Bar, Restaurant & Café in front of the swimming pool. Both the areas of Bar & Restaurant are treated with a difference so as to create the appropriate ambience. Essence of the Bar lies in the division of space, with grill mounted low height partitions. Flooring is a blend of Pergo & Kajaria tiles. Ceiling is well done with hanging lights in harmony with the flooring pattern.
· HOWARD PARK PLAZA (AGRA)
The concept followed here is inherited from Islamic Architecture. Sitting in the suite has dholpur stone cladding on walls along with marble columns in inlay. Bay window in the bedroom is converted in to a sit out as it has a pool view. The bed has a cantilevered zardozi covering resting on brass rods hanging from the ceiling. White makrana with rich marble borders is proposed for the flooring.

Design for an advertising agency, which created and maintains a visually stimulating environment with functional efficiency. Plywood, laminates & teak wood is used for easy maintenance. Flooring pattern in the reception echoes the company’s logo.
· USHA BELTRON LTD. (12000 sq. ft.)
It is a office interiors for software firm, based on the principles of vaastu. It is designed in a manner so that it provides uncluttered air with functional efficiency. Ground and first floor are beautifully connected with spiral staircase, which has a cut out above looking in to Japanese dry garden below. Flooring in the reception is relative to its ceiling, both following the stream pattern. Combination of blue and beige are followed as a colour concept with silver bands.
RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS
· KAPUR PENT HOUSE (5000)
The job over here was a renovation of apartment house in DLF. Conceptually it is based on imperial colonial style with magnificence and grandeur. At the entrance of the house display niche is created as a element so as to relief the blankness of the wall.It is a duplex house where G.F comprises of living, dining ,kitchen & den adjoined with a large terrace, which in turn is converted in to terrace garden. Upper floor has three bedrms & puja, which are redone as/requirements.
