- Ensure all the service packages contractors are following safety norms and policies set out in the safety plan
- Controls all the Civil/Interiors works on the site.
- Responsible for approving and mentioning all Civil/Interiors works quality controls implemented by contractors. Maintain checklists for individual activities in each area
- Responsible for setting out civil/interiors as per Civil/Interiors design drawings received from the consultant and check for completeness of GFC drawings.
- Responsible for safe working methodology and ensure safety being followed by the vendors.
- Adherence to the specifications, the design and the finishes schedules.
- Constantly monitor progress at site by planning for the week and breaking it up for daily milestones.
- Have review with contractors engineers on a daily basis to plan for the next day as also review overall progress.
- Responsible for all on site measurement and quantification of the works for payment purposes.
- Controls & records drawing issue to Contractors.
- Co-ordinate with other package managers for inputs for construction (cut-outs, openings, MEP foundations, sleeves, sinking of slabs etc).
