·Technical skills - Should be technically skilled on the subject matter, product or service that requires documentation. Should have high degree of engineering comprehension as well as a solid knowledge of government documentation standards.
· Tools skills - Specific tool knowledge, such as Pro E, Pro Cabling, Vesys, Wiing and Routing. Should be accustomed to learning and capable of learning a new tool quickly and efficiently.
· Interviewing and listening skills – Should know how to ask questions. Should also need to know who is the best person to approach and he/she need to have a feel for the varying personalities and preferences of the people – the subject matter experts, or SMEs – in order to know how best to approach them.
· Design skills
Resource from product based OEM’s company .
Experience in wiring Harness design minimum 4 years .
Should have experience in Harness Quality Checking .
Vesys, CATIA Harness module would be more advantage
Experience in Harness durability built with RQA , PQA would be more advantage
Real time Harness experience for products like Tractors and Off Road vehicle
· Usability and testing skills – He/she should take an active role in usability and testing. Should validate the documentation –confirmation that the product works the way it is documented to work.
