Job Description
The intersted candidates can walkin directly from 9th June to 14th between 9:30AM to 6:30PM
Use your telephone prospecting skills to identify consultants to provide I.T consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies.

Use industry contacts and the Internet to research and identify new prospects, consultants.

Service sales /client requirements, as well as providing quality service to existing clients and building long-term partnerships with all clients.
Understand and qualify client requirements and evaluate, pre screen candidates against those requirements.

Generate billable headcount with your existing accounts

Desired Candidate Profile
To be considered, the individual must have a

Verifiable successful track record recruiting for IT Staffing services to consulting firms, contractors and direct client accounts. The person should help place 3-5 people/month and be able to sell the company

Vision to recruit consultants.

0.6 -3 Years of recruiting for IT professional services to major client in India.

Excellent speaking, writing and negotiating skills. Winning and positive attitude.

Compensation
Salary is flexible, will not be a constraint for the right person and above industry average plus with very attractive commissions based on placements closures. This is a highly remunerative, entrepreneurial role with significant opportunity to build an organization.
