    Job Description:
    •Responsible for the smooth and effective operation of the resort.
    •Responsible for leading in and assisting in the implementation of the overall Resort Strategy.
    •Develops short-term and long-term financial and operational plans for the hotel, which support the overall objectives of the company .
    •Develop marketing strategies and Toshali products and ensure their effective implementation.
    •Oversees and manages the daily operations of hotel and hotel staff .
    •Monitors the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and monthly financial reports .
    •Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints .
    •Financial audits and ratification.
    •Should ensure smooth functioning of various departments and should be efficient in handling the management of F& B operations.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Dynamic, result oriented, with strong leadership skills. 3 Yrs Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM and should have 2-3 yrs of work experience in F& B operations.

    The candidate should be having minimum 12-15 yrs of experience in the hotels of repute and should have an experience in handling the entire functions of the resort.

    What do you think of a Sandals Resort Vacation and which Resort is best?My boyfriend and I (mid-late 20s) are thinking of going on a Sandals vacation for our upcoming anniversary. But, we don't know anyone that has gone to a Sandals Resort before. Are they any good? Is it actually nice and romantic? Also, which Resort do you think is best for people our age? Thanks!
