    Job Description:
    Ψ Vendor identification, evaluation & their selection for sourcing of various Raw Material & Services depending on their Capacity & Capability
    Ψ Price negotiations with Vendors & Service Providers and Comparison of their Quotes based on
    Ψ Preparation of Zero-based costing
    Ψ Costing of components & other inputs of production at their end
    Ψ Practice of handling Quantity & Quality Discounts
    Ψ Costing of products at competitor's end
    Ψ Regular check on Raw Material prices
    Ψ Entering into Agreements/ Contracts with the Vendors & Service Providers
    Ψ Maintenance of Ledger in respect of Vendors, Suppliers & Other Service Providers
    Ψ Ensuring that all Purchases, Work Contracts and Expenses are against duly approved Purchase/ Work Orders and or as per Policies/ System
    Ψ Timely Payments to Vendors/ Service Providers Ψ Sales Tax forms like "H" form, C" form to be issued to Vendors/ Service Providers
    Ψ Maintenance of daily stocks updates & coordination with Units so that stock out situations do not arise
    Ψ Day to day Coordination with Suppliers/ Vendors/ Service Providers
    Ψ Preparing Weekly MIS on outstanding of Creditors and stock, Tax liabilities.
    Ψ Preparing Weekly MIS on Creditors, P.O. / W.O., Stock, Expenses and other related subjects
    Ψ Preparing Weekly Reconciliation of Creditors, Inventory and Liabilities

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Desired Qualification:
    • M.Com or B.Com Desired Experience
    • 3-4 yrs in Manufacturing Organization.

    Desired Skill Sets:
    • Should have good analytical skills & business acumen.
    • Should have good knowledge of Tally, Excel & ERP (SAP).
    • Basic knowledge of excise and taxation rules.
    • Should have good communication skills.

    Age Preference:
    • 25 to 28 years of age
