Position : Assistant General Manager – RMPM, Purchase
Department : Supply Chain, Personal Care Products
Location : Sion, Mumbai
Required Qualification : Any Graduation + MBA (Supply Chain)
Required Experience : 10 – 15 years in Purchase/Procurement
Key Responsibilities :
• Understand the procurement strategy for all materials for the organization and support achievement of business objectives. Understand long term and short term plans for the RMPM procurement team. Creating strategies for Logistics, across India.
• Responsible for implementation of best practices in procurement of materials and services for PCP operations, vendor management, transaction processing and delivery management.
• Responsible for managing resources for purchasing (materials and services) and materials management for PCP Operations in India.
• Ensure periodic revision of raw materials and packaging inventory norms for PCP operations based on changing business scenarios and implementation of the same.
• Responsible for vendor management - managing relationships, resolving issues and developing new vendors.
• Provide inputs for Annual Business Planning processes based on supply chain performance.
